The firm "A S P A and ASSOCIATES (Formerly S. Jalan & Co.)" was established as a Proprietorship firm in the year 1988 by CA Sanjay Jalan. It was reconstituted and expanded by inducting senior Professionals and converted into a Partnership firm in April 2019.
Presently, the firm is having 10 partners out of which six partners are FCA, with offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Noida.
